The following is the process of terminating auto-renewal:
You can sign in to your WPS account here: https://www.wps.com/subscription and click the Auto Renewal button to terminate the subscription.
If you can't find it, please send your order number and WPS user ID to officesupport@wps.com We will help you cancel your subscription.

Unsubscribe instructions for Enterprise & Business
To cancel the Enterprise & Business version, you need an account with administrator privileges (Role name: Super administrator or Order administrator) and perform the following steps in the Admin Console:
Step 1: Access the WPS 365 Business homepage and click on the profile picture at the top right corner to unfold the personal card. At the lower-left corner of the personal card, click on [Admin Console] to enter.
Step 2: Once in the Admin Console, locate the Order Management section in the left sidebar and find the Order Records subsection. Here you can view all historical order information. At the top of the page, you will also find the current Subscription Status.
Step 3: Click on the current [Subscription Status], then a [Cancel Subscription] button will appear. Clicking on it again will take you to a pop-up window.
Step 4: In the pop-up window, if you are certain about canceling the subscription, please select Yes, I'm sure to cancel.
Step 5: The system will send a verification email to the email address linked to your administrator account. Please check your email for the verification code and enter it on the page.
Step 6: After selecting OK, your enterprise subscription will be canceled.
In the end, if your subscription still cannot be canceled, send your order number and company name to Service Email (ovs_ebu_support@wps.com). We will help you cancel the subscription.
