How to Package PPT as Compressed File in Presentation

Packaging a PPT file as compressed file can make it easy and convenient to share. WPS Office can directly save PPT, including video or audio, to compressed file. Follow these steps to save ppt files as compressed zip file directly.

Save PPT as Compressed Zip File

Step 1. Open the presentation file that you would like to compress in WPS Presentation.

Step 2. Click the Presentation application menu and choose Package into Compressed File(Z) option under File Package(R) drop-down list.

Package into Folder: Copy the presentation file and related media items, such as audio, video, etc. into the specified folder, in order to play this file on another computer.

Package into Compressed File: Copy the presentation file and related media items, such as audio, video, etc. into the specified Zip folder, in order to play this file on another computer.

Step 3. Enter a file name and choose a location for the presentation zip in the Presentation Package dialog box. Then press Ok button.

When the zipping process is completed, clicking the Open the compressed file button in the Package has been completed dialog box to see the result.
