Switch Between Manual Roaming and Automatic Roaming

File Roaming is that files are automatically shared to WPS Office Cloud and to your PC and mobile devices with WPS Office.

Manual roaming: When open WPS cloud file, you can enter a roaming list. If local file need to roam, please save it in WPS cloud file.

Automatic roaming: All opened files will automatically roam into the roaming list (including the opening local file).

The following steps show how to switch between manual roaming and automatic roaming.

Step 1: Open WPS Writer, there is a File Roaming tab below Special Features.

Step 2: Please log in your WPS account. If you do not have WPS account, you can sign up or sign in with other accounts.

Step 3: After you have logged in your account, please click Set icon which is on the right top corner of the page to switch.

Step 4: You can choose 'Do not auto upload opened local files' or 'Auto upload opened local files' at your own request in Setting dialog box.

Note: If you want to switch the roaming method in Presentation or Spreadsheets, you can follow the same steps.
