Documents Received in WhatsApp/Line/Telegram Cannot Be Viewed by invoking WPS Office
We often receive documents from our colleagues through WhatsApp, Line, or Telegram, and it's convenient to directly view and edit these documents in WPS Office. However, sometimes the files received in other applications cannot be opened by invoking WPS Office. How can we solve this problem?
Try the following methods to see if they work:
Method 1 Restart
Restart the phone and run WPS Office to open the file.
Method 2 Update
If restart doesn't work, back up the file and go to the app store to update WPS Office to the latest version.
Method 3 File Manager
If the latest version is not available, move the file to another local path in the mobile phone, find the corresponding file from File Manager, and then select WPS Office to open it.
Method 4 Default Open Application
