The deduction is successful, but Premium is not effective
1. Please confirm whether you sign in the account with Premium subscriptions. There are several sign-in methods. One is Continue with Google, and others include Continue with Email and —Continue with Facebook.
You can try to sign in using the above methods, and then check whether this account is under the Premium status or not. Please save the edited files before you sign out the current account.
2. If there is still a problem, please send the order number, receipt, and WPS user ID (Click Avatar-ID to find it in the upper right corner of the WPS interface) to officesupport@wps.com.
