File upload failed

Please check your network status，and then restart WPS Office to upload again.

If it doesn't work. Please send the following messages to officesupport@wps.com:

(1) Your region or country;

(2) Your WPS usot or screen recorder ID (if you know it);

(3) A screenshing of this problem;

(4) Your current WPS Office version number (click Settings on the top right corner, and click About WPS Office,then you can see the current version number, e.g., 15.1.0);

(5) The file format and size;

(6) The file failed to be uploaded. (Optional: We promise to protect the privacy and security of users and only use the information we need for problem solving.)
