Hardware Acceleration Causing WPS Presentation to Crash
Hardware Acceleration Causing WPS Presentation to Crash
When WPS opens a PPT and displays hardware acceleration that cause crashes, there are mainly the following reasons. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot and repair them one by one:
Incompatible Graphics Driver: The hardware acceleration function requires support from the graphics driver. If the graphics driver version is outdated or has defects, it may be incompatible with WPS's hardware acceleration function, leading to crashes.
Insufficient Hardware Resources: When the computer's hardware resources, such as memory and CPU, are insufficient, after WPS enables hardware acceleration, it may not be able to obtain enough resources to support its operation, causing the software to crash.
