Solution
By deleting abnormal third-party add-ins, you can quickly resolve most crash issues. The specific steps are as follows:
Open any blank presentation in WPS Presentation.
Click the Tools tab in the top menu bar.
In the dropdown menu of the Tools tab, find and click Add-ins to open the add-in management dialog.
In the add-in management dialog, select the third-party add-in causing the crash, and click the Uninstall or Delete button in the dialog.
If the corresponding add-in causing the crash is not displayed in the dialog, you can open the folder to perform a full disk search and enter the add-in path to delete it.
Add-in files are usually in .dll format (such as wppapi.dll, etc.). After finding it, right-click and select Delete, then restart WPS Presentation to verify whether the issue is resolved.
After deletion, close all WPS windows and restart the program to use it normally.
