How to delete or log out my account

To delete or log out your account, perform the following steps:


1. Log in to the Account Management Center of WPS Office (https://account.wps.com/) with the account that you want to delete or log out.

2. Tap Delete on the right side of Delete your WPS Account.


3. To ensure the security of account information and property, the system will conduct security detection. Make sure that you have checked the following items as prompted. Then, tap Detect Now.

• Before you delete the account, make sure that the account contains no documents.

• Before you delete the account, make sure the account has been deleted and logged out of all teams.

• Before you delete the account, make sure that the account is no longer a super administrator for the enterprise.

• Before you delete the account, make sure the account does not contain any auto-renewable subscriptions.

4. Tap Confirm. Tap Send code to send a verification code to your email. After you enter the verification code, tap Confirm.

5. In the Account deletion confirmation pop-up window, select all check boxes to confirm that you know and agree to give up the related rights and assets after the account is deleted. Then, tap Delete.


6. Your account is deleted or logged out successfully.
