How to insert audio files, video files, and background music in Presentation

To insert an audio file, a video file, and background music in Presentation, perform the following steps:

1. Open the slide of the Presentation document that you want to modify, and tap the toolbar icon in the lower-left corner.

2. In the expanded toolbar, tap Insert, and then tap Audio (Tap Video or Background Music if you want to insert a video file or background music).

3. Select the audio file, video file, or background music that you want to insert, and adjust it to a suitable position.

4. Tap the Play icon to play or pause the audio.
