How to Zoom a document in WPS Writer

In the WPS Writer 2016 document window you can set the page display scale.The display scale only adjusts the display size of the document window and does not affect the actual printing. Generally speaking, the display scale is 100%, but sometimes we need to adjust the display properties. The operations are as below:

Step 1: Select View Tab

Open WPS Writer 2016 and cilck the View tab. There are five icons for you to choose, shown as below:

Zoom: Click this icon to open the zoom dialogue box and set the properties in the dialog box.

100%: Click this icon and the document will then be displayed in accordance with the ratio of 100%.

Page Width: Make the page height and window width consistent.

One Page: Automatically adjusts the document display scale.

Multiple Pages: Adjust the display scale for documents with multiple pages.

Step 2: Choose Zoom icon

Choose Zoom icon in the View tab and the Zoom dialogue box will open, shown as below:

In the dialogue box, users can select the preset display scale(such as 200%, page width) and can enter the proportion you prefer. Click the OK button to complete the operation.
