Methods of finding your files

If you are having trouble finding your files, try the following methods.

Option 1

Click Home to WPS Office home screen and then click More Documents in the lower right corner to find your files.

Option 2

Search for the file name in the search box on the home screen.

Option 3

Open a file, click the Menu icon on the top left corner, select Backup and Recovery > Auto Backup, and then you can find your files in the Local Backup folder.

Option 4

Find them in WPS Cloud: https://docs.wps.com/. 

In some cases, we are not aware that we have saved our files to WPS Cloud, so we can try to find them in WPS Cloud.

We can search for the file in the search box and click to open it.

We can also find it in the WPS Cloud folders.

Option 5

If you delete your Cloud files carelessly, check your Recycle Bin in WPS Cloud. Click Home to WPS Office home screen, and then click Open > Recycle Bin. When you find your file,  you can click Recover to recover it. 

Then you can go back to My Cloud Files to find it. We can search for the file in the search box and click to open it, or find it in the folders.
