If you purchase a Premium subscription, Premium benefits are not activated or you are prompted to use Premium exclusive features only after paying for them. To check and confirm the problem, perform the following steps:
1. View the status of Premium benefits
Tips: 1.In most cases, after you purchase a Premium subscription, Premium benefits will be automatically activated under the account used to purchase the Premium subscription. It may take 1-20 minutes to update these benefits due to network connection. The activation or redemption code is not required.2.We mainly provide the following Premium types: WPS Premium and Template Premium. Premium benefits vary based on your Premium type. The following figure displays the comparisons of benefits between Premium types. After you complete the steps required to view your Premium type, you can use this figure check whether you have purchased a subscription whose Premium type is not what you want, resulting in your problem. |
Step 1: Open WPS Office on the Windows client. Click the avatar in the upper-right corner. Make sure that you have signed in with the account used to purchase the Premium subscription.
Step 2: On the left side of the avatar, find different types of Premium icons that can be lit up. As shown in the following figure, the icons of WPS Premium, Template Premium, and PDF Toolkit are all lit up, indicating that you have obtained all benefits of these Premium types. You can sign in with the same account on multiple terminals to use Premium exclusive features on different devices. If an icon is dim, it means that you have not obtained the corresponding Premium benefits.

Step 3: If an icon is not lit up after you confirm that you have purchased the related Premium subscription under the account, click the avatar in the upper-right corner, and click the Refresh icon on the user information page. We recommend that you maintain a good network connection to ensure Premium benefits can be refreshed.
Step 4: If Premium icons are still dim or Premium exclusive features are still unavailable after you refresh the system in a good network connection, continue to perform the steps described in the next section to check and confirm the problem.
2. View the order status
If Premium exclusive features are still unavailable after you complete the steps described in the first section, perform the following steps to check and confirm the problem:
Step 1: Sign in to the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office (https://www.wps.com/subscription/) with the account used to purchase the Premium subscription.
Step 2: In the My Subscription module, check whether the Premium subscription is within the validity period. In the My Orders module, check whether the purchase order exists and the payment status is Successful.
Step 3: If the Premium subscription is within the validity period and the payment status of the purchase order is Successful in Step 2, check whether the sign-in account on the client is consistent with the account displayed in the Subscription Management Center of WPS Office. You can complete the consistency check by verifying user IDs, as shown in the following figures.
Step 4: If the Premium subscription is not within the validity period and the payment status of the purchase order is not Successful in Step 2, check whether the account used to purchase the subscription is consistent with the current sign-in account. If these accounts are different, you may sign in with an unwanted account.
Tips: How to check whether the sign-in account is correct? 1. Check whether the current sign-in email address (the email address used for sign-in through WPS Office or the email address used for sign-in through other methods such as Google or Facebook) is consistent with the email address used to purchase the Premium subscription. In addition, you can check whether you sign in with the same email address through different sign-in methods, based on account sources. 2. The email address used to purchase the Premium subscription is the email address that is bound to your payment account and receives the payment success email sent by the WPS Office Team. Therefore, you can also find the payment success email that may be titled Thank you for you payment to view the email address used to purchase the Premium subscription. |
3. What to do next if the cause is not identified after the preceding operations are completed
In the end, if Premium exclusive features are still unavailable, send your order number and WPS Office user ID to the customer service. We will help you resolve this problem.

View the order number in the My Orders module, or view the order number in the payment success email sent by the WPS Office Team from the email address bound to your payment account.
