Unable to Start Normally
When opening a document or during use, if the system displays Program cannot start normally, this is usually caused by system environment abnormalities or interception by third-party software/malicious programs, resulting in damage to WPS's underlying runtime certificate or core components.
Solution
Solution 1: Full System Scan and Reinstall WPS (Highly Recommended)
This is a more thorough repair method that can resolve most file corruption issues caused by malicious interception.
Please use security software (recommended: Huorong Security) to perform a full system scan to eliminate potential malicious software or interception programs.
After the scan is complete, click the Reinstall WPS button on the abnormal prompt interface, or visit WPS Official Website to download the latest installer, and perform an overlay installation or uninstall and reinstall.
Solution 2: Built-in Diagnosis and Repair
If you are temporarily unable to perform a full system scan or reinstall, you can try using the built-in tool for lightweight repair.
Click the Diagnose and Repair button in the lower-left corner of the abnormal prompt interface, or open the diagnostic tool in the Global Settings in the upper right corner of the WPS homepage for scanning and repair.
