How to Set Spreadsheets to Support a Million Rows and Columns

WPS spreadsheets supports 1048576 rows and 16384 columns. But the default setting won't show the million rows and columns, you need to change the setting first. This article shows how to set your spreadsheet to support a million rows and columns.

Step 1. In the WPS Spreadsheets program menu, click Options on the bottom right.

Step 2. In the General and Save tab, set the default document format for saving documents to Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 Workbook (*.xlsx).

Step 3. Click OK and restart the program.

Then your document will by default be saved in .xlsx format, which supports a over a million rows and 10,000 columns.
