The Cancellation and Refund Policy of WPS Premium
As a virtual product, WPS Premium or WPS Business will be effective immediately after purchase.
Our policy: No refund after purchase unless there is a technical problem with our software that cannot be resolved.

Subscription service:
We don't provide refund for your subscription service. Any part of the Premium during the subscription period will not be refunded whether used or not. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time to make sure you will not be charged on the next billing date. After the cancellation, you can continue to to enjoy WPS Premium or WPS Business benefits until the end of the current subscription period.
Users who need to activate WPS Business with license keys:
You can get a full refund within 30 days after purchase. You are not eligible to get a refund if the license keys have been purchased for more than 30 days.
Unsubscribe:
You can sign in to your WPS account from here: https://www.wps.com/subscription and then click the Auto Renewal button to terminate the subscription.
If you can't cancel, please provide the order number and user ID (if you remember) to officesupport@wps.com. We will help you cancel the renewal to avoid being charged on the next billing date.
To avoid any extra fees, you must cancel your subscription during the free trial period or the end of the current subscription period. We are not responsible for any charges caused if you don't cancel the subscription in time.
