Unable to Open Document
When you open a document, if the system displays“Document temporarily cannot be opened”(indicating that the signature has expired/has been tampered with, or the program is damaged), this is usually caused by system environment abnormalities or interception by third-party software/malicious programs, resulting in damage to WPS's underlying runtime certificate.
Solution
Solution 1: Full System Scan and Reinstall WPS (Highly Recommended)
This is a more thorough repair method that can resolve most file corruption issues.
Please use security software (recommended: Huorong Security) to perform a full system scan to eliminate potential malicious software or interception programs.
After the scan is complete, please visit WPS Official Website to download the latest installer, and perform an overlay installation or uninstall and reinstall.
Solution 2: Reinstall Signature Certificate
If the same error still appears after completing Solution 1, your system signature certificate chain may be damaged.
Please refer to the tutorial: How to Reinstall Signature Certificate for manual repair.
Note: If you cannot find the corresponding signature during the operation, it means the system environment still has malicious hijacking. Please make sure to return to Solution 1 and ensure the full system scan is completed.
If none of the above methods resolves your issue:
