How to Use Undo and Redo Commands

Undo and Redo Command in WPS Office

The commands of "Undo" and "Redo" can help users reverse mistakes or to reverse unintentional "undo" actions. If you want learn more information about it, just follow the steps below. We will make the Office Writer for the instruction of these features.

Undo Command

Reverses the last editing action, such as typing text in the code window or deleting controls. When you delete one or more controls, you can use the “Undo” command to restore the controls and all their properties.

Toolbar shortcut Undo Office . Keyboard shortcuts: CTRL+Z.

Redo Command

Restores the last text editing or resizing and positioning of controls if no other actions have occurred since the last “Undo”.

Toolbar shortcut Redo Office . Keyboard shortcuts: CTRL+Y.

WPS Office has the powerful memory for “Undo” and “Redo”, so there are not any limited edits for these commands. But “Undo” a Cut operation using the Undo command can’t work.
