What to do if the login fails

1. Resource loading fails because the network operator is not supported. You can try changing the DNS setting.

2. Your account name or password is incorrect.

Check whether your email account name or password is valid and correct.

3. Your WPS Office version is too low.

Re-download the WPS Office client or upgrade the WPS Office client to the latest version, and then log in again. This way, the problem can be resolved in most cases because some earlier versions may have some compatibility restrictions (for example, you may receive the error messages such as Invalid e-mail address. Please try again and Remote Host Closed Error).

4. Your login is blocked by antivirus software.

Antivirus software may block your network requests. You may receive the error messages such as Remote Host Closed Error. In this case, you can add WPS Office to an allowlist of the antivirus software you use.

5. Check the network connection, restart WPS Office, and log in again.

In many cases, the login fails due to your poor network connection. Make sure that your network connection is good. Then, restart WPS Office and try logging in again.

In the end, if the problem still persists, send the following information to the  customer service, we will be willing to help you resolve the problem.

(1) Your region or country

(2) Screenshot or screen recording of the problem

(3) Your WPS Office user ID

(4) Login method (for example, using Google, Facebook, or email)

(5) Your WPS Office version number (Choose Settings > About WPS Office to view the version number of WPS Office, such as 10382.)
