Why can't I download a WPS template?

• Solution 2: Re-start WPS Office.

You may be disconnected from the WPS Office server and the solution is to re-start WPS Office.

1. Shut down WPS Office completely, and then restart WPS Office to reconnect it.

2. Enter WPS Template again to download the templates.

• Solution 3: Reconnect to the network or try again later.
