1. First, confirm whether the currency unit of the price displayed when you made the payment is the same as the currency unit of the price that you actually need to pay
Because the currency unit varies based on the payment method, our payment page mainly displays the prices in the currency unit of the target country. However, because a certain payment method may not support some currencies, the price may be converted and displayed in US dollars when you pay. The price in US dollars is the same regardless of the payment method, and you will not be charged extra fees for this. Please rest assured.
2. If the currency displayed on the payment page is the same as the currency you need to pay, but the price is different
In this case, check if you have added multiple items into the cart (if any).
3. You may be charged local VAT depending on the local tax policies
In this case, the payment amount may be inconsistent with the price on the payment page, and the increase in the amount is relatively small. You may see the description of this tax on the actual payment page. This fee is charged according to national policies, not by WPS Office. Please rest assured.
