Operation Steps
Create a Line Chart
Feature Entry
Dashboard interface → 「+ Add Component」 → Chart → 「Line Chart」
- Enter the dashboard interface and click the 「+ Add Component」 button in the upper left corner
- In the pop-up component panel, find the 「Line Chart」 icon under the 「Chart」 category
- Click to enter Read Mode and configure the data as needed
- A line Chart will be automatically generated after confirmation
Edit / Export Chart
Feature Entry
Click an added chart → 「...」 icon in the upper right corner
- Click an added chart, then click the 「...」 icon in the upper right corner to expand the edit chart dropdown menu
- Select the following options from the expanded dropdown menu:
- Configure : Reconfigure chart data/style settings
- Copy : Copy the chart
- Copy as Image : Copy this chart as an image
- Export as Image : Export this chart in image format
- Delete : Delete the chart
General Settings

Click the added chart → 「...」 icon in the upper right corner →「Configure」 → 「General」 tab
- Click the added chart, then click the 「...」 icon in the upper right corner to expand the edit chart dropdown menu
- Select the 「Configure」 option from the expanded dropdown menu
- Switch to the 「General」 tab to edit the following chart configurations：
- Data Source: Select the data table to use
- Data Range: Click 「Modify Scope」 to select the data source range
- Type: Select the chart style
- Series Settings: Configure series sorting and visibility
- Sort By: Select 「By Horizontal Axis」 or 「By Vertical Axis」
- Sort Order: Select 「Ascending」 or 「Descending」
- Display empty cells as: Toggle the display mode for empty values.
- Row and Column Display: Toggle the row and column display mode
- Show/Show Data in Hidden Rows and Columns: Hides/shows hidden fields in the data source
After switching setting options, you can preview the effect in the left preview pane, click 「OK」 to apply settings
Custom Settings

Click the added chart → 「...」 icon in the upper right corner →「Configure」 →「Custom」 tab
- Click the added chart, then click the 「...」 icon in the upper right corner to expand the edit chart dropdown menu
- Select the 「Configure」 option from the expanded dropdown menu
- Switch to the 「Custom」 tab to edit the following chart configurations：
- Theme Color: Preset color scheme, click the color bar to switch from the dropdown
- Effect: Switch line effects
- Series Color: Expand to customize the color of each data series
- Chart Elements: Expand to set title, legend, data labels, etc.
After switching setting options, you can preview the effect in the left preview pane, click 「Confirm」 to apply settings
FAQ
Q1: What type of data is suitable for a line chart?
- Solution: Line charts are suitable for displaying continuous change trends of data over time or sequence, such as daily order volume, monthly sales, etc. They are not suitable for displaying unordered categorical data.
Q2: Can a line chart be turned into a smooth curve?
- Solution: Yes. Find the curve style option in 「Custom」 and switch to smooth curve.
Notes
- It is recommended to select fields with sequential meaning for the dimension (horizontal axis), such as date, number, etc.
- When multiple lines intersect, it is recommended to enable data labels for easy distinction
- When the data volume is small, a line chart may not be intuitive enough; it is recommended to use a bar chart
