FAQ
Q1: I set auto wrap, but the cell content is not wrapping?
- Solution: Check if the cell is in text format; if it is in number or date format, auto wrap may not take effect. Please confirm the format type in 「Format」 → 「Cell」, and manually adjust the column width to trigger wrapping.
Q2: Can other people see the wrapping effect I set in collaboration mode?
- Solution: Yes, the wrapping settings are synced in real-time to all collaborators. If others do not see the effect, please refresh the page or check if the local WPS version is up to date.
Q3: If I use Alt+Enter to break a line and save it as an Online Document, will the line break be preserved?
- Solution: Yes, it will be preserved. The line break inserted via Alt+Enter will be saved to the Cloud along with the Document, and will not be affected when switching devices or re-downloading.
Notes
- Auto wrap and manual line break can be used simultaneously; manual line break has a higher priority
- Auto wrap depends on the cell column width; the wrapping position will automatically change when the column width is adjusted
- In collaboration mode, all wrapping settings are synced in real-time to other collaborators
