Add Phone Number

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Check-in Person Information」 → 「Phone Number」

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Check-in Person Information」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Phone Number」 button to add the phone number to the form
4. Respondents will fill in their phone number in the check-in person information area
