Adding a Check Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Question Type」 → 「Other Question Types」 → 「Check Question」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Question Type」 area in the left panel
3. Expand the 「Other Question Types」 area
4. Click the 「Check Question」 button to add a check question to the form

Setting Check Items

Check Question → 「Check Item Settings」 → 「Check items can add text and image descriptions」

1. Click the added check question
2. In the right-side 「Check Item Settings」 panel, click the 「Check items can add text and image descriptions」 option
3. Add text and image description content for the check items
