Steps

Adding a Matrix Scale Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Question Type」 → 「Other Question Types」 → 「Matrix Scale」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Question Type」 area in the left panel
3. Expand the 「Other Question Types」 area
4. Click the 「Matrix Scale」 button to add a matrix scale question to the form
5. The system automatically adds sub-scale items. You can click 「Add Sub-scale Item」 to add more

Setting Scale Type

1. Click the added matrix scale question
2. In the right 「Scale Settings」 panel, click the 「Scale Type」 dropdown menu
3. Select a scale type: 「Satisfaction」, 「Agreement」, 「Willingness」, 「Conformity」, 「Likelihood」, or 「Custom」

Setting Scale Level

3. Select the number of scale levels

Setting Starting Value

3. Enable or disable the starting value setting

Setting Custom Score Values

3. In the pop-up panel, enable the 「Enable Custom Scores」 toggle
4. Set custom score values for each scale level (maximum value not exceeding 100)
5. Click the 「Confirm」 button to complete the settings
