The ID recognition question is used to recognize the ID information uploaded by the respondent. It automatically identifies the name, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, address, and ID number on the ID card without manual input, improving filling efficiency.

Operation Steps

Adding an ID Recognition Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Question Type」 → 「ID Recognition」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Question Type」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「ID Recognition」 button to add the ID recognition question to the form
4. Enter the question content in the question editing area, such as "Please upload your ID card photo"

Setting the ID Type to Recognize

ID Recognition Question → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「ID Type to Recognize」 option

1. Click the added ID recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, click the 「ID Type to Recognize」 option
3. Select the ID type: 「ID Card」, 「Bank Card」, 「Driver's License」, 「Vehicle Registration Certificate」, 「Household Register」, 「Passport」, or 「Business License」

Setting the Information to Recognize

ID Recognition Question → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「Information to Recognize」 option

1. Click the added ID recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, click the 「Information to Recognize」 option
3. Check the information fields to be recognized, such as 「Name」, 「Gender」, 「Ethnicity」, 「Date of Birth」, 「Address」, 「ID Number」, or click 「Select All」 to check all fields

Enabling Manual Entry

ID Recognition Question → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「Allow Manual Entry」 toggle

1. Click the added ID recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Allow Manual Entry」 toggle
3. After enabling, respondents can manually supplement and modify the recognized information

Enabling Save Uploaded Image

Feature Entry
ID Recognition Question → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Save Uploaded Image」 toggle

1. Click the added ID recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Upload Image Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Save Uploaded Image」 toggle
3. After enabling, the images uploaded and recognized by respondents will be saved and can be viewed on the data statistics page

Setting Image Naming Method

ID Recognition Question → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Image Naming Method」 option

1. Click the added ID recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Upload Image Settings」 panel, click the 「Image Naming Method」 option
3. Select the naming method: 「Original File Name」, or click 「Add Custom Fixed Naming」 to add a custom naming rule

Enabling Create Category Folder

ID Recognition Question → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Create Category Folder」 toggle

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the Upload Image Settings panel on the right, enable the Create Category Folder toggle
3. Once enabled, folders will be automatically created according to the folder naming convention, and the collected certificates will be categorized and summarized

Q1: What certificate types does certificate recognition support?

• Solution: It supports ID cards, bank cards, driver's licenses, vehicle registration certificates, household registers, passports, business licenses, and other certificate types. You can select them under "Certificate Types to Recognize."

Q2: How do I set the certificate information fields to be recognized?

• Solution: Click the certificate recognition question, then in the "Recognition Settings" panel, click "Information to Recognize," check the required fields, or click "Select All."

Q3: How do I correct inaccurate recognition results?

• Solution: Click the certificate recognition question, and in the "Recognition Settings" panel, enable the "Allow Manual Entry" toggle. Respondents can then manually supplement and modify the recognized information.

• Certificate recognition requires no manual input; the system automatically recognizes information on the certificate
