Steps
Create a Column Chart
Feature Entry
Dashboard interface → 「+ Add Component」 → Chart → 「Column Chart」
- Enter the dashboard interface and click the 「+ Add Component」 button in the upper left corner
- In the pop-up component panel, find the 「Column Chart」 icon under the 「Chart」 category
- Click to enter Read Mode and configure the data as needed
- A Column Chart will be automatically generated after confirmation
Edit/Export Chart
Feature Entry
Click the added chart → 「...」 icon in the upper right corner
- Click the added chart, then click the 「...」 icon in the upper right corner to expand the edit chart dropdown menu
- Select the following options from the expanded dropdown menu:
- Configuration : Reconfigure chart data/style settings
- Copy : Copy the chart
- Copy as Image : Copy this chart as an image
- Export as Image : Export this chart in image format
- Delete : Delete the chart
General Settings

Click the added chart → 「...」 icon in the upper right corner →「Configuration」 → 「General」 tab
- Click the added chart, then click the 「...」 icon in the upper right corner to expand the edit chart dropdown menu
- Select the 「Configuration」 option from the expanded dropdown menu
- Switch to the 「General」 tab to edit the following chart configurations：
- Data Source: Select the data table to use
- Data Range: Click 「Data Filter」 to set filter conditions
- Dimension (Horizontal Axis): Select the field for the horizontal axis
- Type: Select the chart style (Normal/Stacked)
- Statistic Value (Vertical Axis): Select 「Count Total Records」 or 「Count Specified Field」
- Grouping (Legend): Select a grouping field to distinguish data series by different colors
- Sort By: Select 「By Horizontal Axis」 or 「By Vertical Axis」
- Sort Order: Select 「Ascending」 or 「Descending」
- Fields Displayed in Detail Data : Hide/Show all fields in the data source
After switching setting options, you can preview the effect in the left preview pane, click 「OK」 to apply settings
Custom Settings

- Theme Color: Preset color scheme, click the color bar dropdown to switch
- Series Color: Expand to customize the color of each data series
- Chart Elements: Expand to set text style, legend, data labels, etc.

Q1: What is the difference between a Column chart and a horizontal bar chart?
- Solution: A Column chart uses vertical columns, suitable for comparing data with fewer categories; a horizontal bar chart uses horizontal columns, suitable for scenarios with longer category names, offering better readability.
Q2: How to display specific values on the bar chart?
- Solution: Enable data labels in 「Custom」 → 「Chart Elements」, and the specific values will be displayed above the bars.
Q3: Can the data source be switched?
- Solution: Yes. In the 「General」 tab, click the 「Data Source」 dropdown box to select another data table to switch.
Notes
- It is recommended to select categorical fields for the Dimension (Horizontal Axis), such as single-select options, dates, etc.
- When selecting different fields for the statistic value, the data meaning displayed by the bar chart will differ.
- After modifying filter conditions, the chart data will update in real time.
