FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between an area chart and a line chart?

  • Solution: Both area charts and line charts display trends, but area charts fill the area under the line, visually better reflecting the accumulation and proportion of data volume.

Q2: Will a small amount of data affect the display of the area chart?

  • Solution: Yes. When the data volume is too small, the area chart cannot reflect the distribution pattern. It is recommended to accumulate sufficient data before creating one.

Notes

  1. It is recommended to select time or sequential fields for the dimension field, suitable for displaying trend data
  2. After modifying the area chart configuration, the effect will be previewed in real time
  3. Color configuration will affect the distinguishability of data series
