Guide to Using Image Question Feature in Forms Exams

Feature Summary

Image questions are used to collect images uploaded by examinees. It supports setting the number of images, size limits, and image formats. Examinees can upload images and add text descriptions.

Steps

Add Image Question

Feature Entry
"Edit" tab → "Other Question Types" → "Image Question" button

1. Click the "Edit" tab at the top.
2. In the left panel, expand the "Other Question Types" area.
3. Click the "Image Question" button to add the image question to the exam.
4. Enter the question content in the question editing area, such as "Image Question Example".
5. Respondents click "Upload Image" to upload images. The current setting displays "Up to 1 image can be uploaded, with a single image within 10 MB".

Set to Camera Upload Only

Image Question → "Image Settings" → "Camera Upload Only" switch

1. Click the added image question.
2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, turn on the "Camera Upload Only" switch.
3. Once enabled, respondents can only upload images by taking photos.

Set to Add Watermark

Image Question → "Image Settings" → "Add Watermark" option

1. Click the added image question.
2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, click the "Add Watermark" option.

Set Image Naming Method

Image Question → "Image Settings" → "Image Naming Method" option

1. Click the added image question.
2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, click "Image Naming Method" (currently displayed as "Original File Name ×").
3. Select a naming method or click "Add Custom Fixed Name" to add custom rules.

Set Single Image Size Limit

Image Question → "Image Settings" → "Single Image Size Limit" option

1. Click the added image question.
2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, click "Single Image Size Limit" (currently "10M").
3. Select the allowed size limit.

Set Image Quantity Limit

1. Click the added image question.
2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, click "Image Quantity Limit" (currently "1 image").
3. Select the allowed number of images to upload.

Enable Creating Categorized Folders

2. In the "Image Settings" panel on the right, turn on the "Create Categorized Folders" switch.

Set Image Compression

Q1: How many images can be uploaded for an image question?

• Solution: Click the image question, and set "Image Quantity" in "Image Settings" to limit the maximum number of images that can be uploaded.

Q2: How to limit the size and format of uploaded images?

• Solution: Click the image question, and set "Image Size Limit" and "Image Format" respectively in "Image Settings".

Q3: How to save and manage uploaded images?

• Solution: Turn on the "Save Uploaded Images" switch to view them on the data statistics page; turn on "Create Categorized Folders" to manage images by category.
