FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between a matrix question and a regular question?

  • Solution: Matrix questions group several sub-questions into one large question block with a more appealing visual style. This is suitable for scenarios such as personal information sections or exam sections, making related questions visually more unified.

Q2: Can different question types be set for sub-questions within a matrix question?

  • Solution: Yes. Each sub-question in a matrix question can be configured with a different question type independently. For example, you can use a fill-in-the-blank question for name, a numeric question for age, and a single-choice question for gender.

Q3: What scenarios are matrix questions suitable for?

  • Solution: Matrix questions are commonly used in scenarios where multiple related questions need to be integrated, such as personal information collection, exam questions, and evaluation forms.
