Add Check Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」tab → 「Advanced question types」 → 「Check Question」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Advanced question types」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Check Question」 button to add it to the form
4. Click 「Add Check Item」 to add check items

Set Check Items to Allow Adding Image and Text Descriptions

Check Question → 「Check Item Settings」 → 「Allow adding image and text descriptions for check items」 toggle

1. Click the added check question
2. In the right-side 「Check Item Settings」 panel, enable the 「Allow adding image and text descriptions for check items」 toggle
