Operation Steps

Adding an Auto-Numbering Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Common Question Types」 → 「Auto-Numbering」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Common Question Types」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Auto-Numbering」 button to add it to the form

Setting Auto-Counting

Feature Entry
Auto-Numbering question → 「Auto-Numbering Settings」 → 「Auto-Counting Settings」 option

1. Click the added Auto-Numbering question
2. In the right-side 「Auto-Numbering Settings」 panel, click the 「Auto-Counting Settings」 option

Setting Fixed Text

Auto-Numbering question → 「Auto-Numbering Settings」 → 「Fixed Text」 option

• Solution: Click the Auto-Numbering question, and click 「Number Digits」 in 「Auto-Numbering Settings」.

• Solution: Click the Auto-Numbering question, and set 「Fixed Text」 and 「Submission Date」 respectively in 「Auto-Numbering Settings」.

Q3: How to make the number include content from other questions in the form?

• Solution: Click the Auto-Numbering question, and click 「Reference Question」 in 「Auto-Numbering Settings」.
