Steps

Adding a Phone Number

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Question Types」 tab → 「Common Templates」 → 「Phone Number」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Common Templates」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Phone Number」 button to add the phone number question to the form

Setting Format Restrictions

Phone number question → 「Fill-in Settings」 → 「Format Restriction」

1. Click the added phone number question
2. In the right 「Fill-in Settings」 panel, check that 「Format Restriction」 has been automatically set to 「Phone Number」
3. You can also manually change it to other formats: No Restriction, Number, ID Number, Bank Card Number, Email

Setting Duplicate Prevention

Feature Entry
Phone number question → 「Fill-in Settings」 → 「Prevent Duplicates」

1. Click the added phone number question
2. In the right 「Fill-in Settings」 panel, find the 「Prevent Duplicates」 option
3. After enabling the toggle, the same phone number cannot be submitted again

Verifying Phone Number

Phone number question → 「Fill-in Settings」 → 「Verify Phone Number」

1. Click the added phone number question
2. In the right 「Fill-in Settings」 panel, find the 「Verify Phone Number」 option
3. After enabling the toggle, the system will send a verification code for phone number verification

Setting Blocked Submission Content

Feature Entry
Phone number question → 「Fill-in Settings」 → 「Blocked Submission Content」

1. Click the added phone number question
2. In the right 「Fill-in Settings」 panel, click the 「Blocked Submission Content」 option
3. Enable the 「Content Blocklist」 toggle
4. Add phone numbers to be blocked, one per line
5. Click the 「Confirm」 button to save
