Operation Steps

Add a Certificate Recognition Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Advanced Question Types」 → 「Certificate Recognition」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Advanced Question Types」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Certificate Recognition」 button to add a certificate recognition question to the form

Set the Certificate Types to Recognize

Certificate Recognition → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「Certificate Types to Recognize」 dropdown menu

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, click the 「Certificate Types to Recognize」 dropdown menu
3. Select the certificate type: 「ID Card」, 「Bank Card」, 「Driver's License」, 「Vehicle Registration Certificate」, 「Household Registration Booklet」, 「Passport」, or 「Business License」

Set the Information to Recognize

Certificate Recognition → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「Information to Recognize」 area

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, view the 「Information to Recognize」 area
3. Check the information fields to be recognized, such as name, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, address, ID number, etc.

Set Allow Manual Entry

Certificate Recognition → 「Recognition Settings」 → 「Allow Manual Entry」 toggle

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Recognition Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Allow Manual Entry」 toggle
3. When enabled, respondents can manually supplement and modify the recognized information

Set Save Uploaded Images

Feature Entry
Certificate Recognition → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Save Uploaded Images」 toggle

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Upload Image Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Save Uploaded Images」 toggle
3. When enabled, the images uploaded and recognized by respondents will be saved and can be viewed on the data statistics page

Set Image Naming Method

Certificate Recognition → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Image Naming Method」 dropdown menu

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Upload Image Settings」 panel, click the 「Image Naming Method」 dropdown menu
3. Select the naming method: 「Original File Name」 or 「Add Custom Fixed Naming」

Set Create Category Folders

Certificate Recognition → 「Upload Image Settings」 → 「Create Category Folders」 toggle

1. Click the added certificate recognition question
2. In the right-side 「Upload Image Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Create Category Folders」 toggle
3. When enabled, folders will be automatically created according to the folder naming method, and collected certificates will be categorized and summarized
