Guide to Using the Multiple-Choice Feature in Chain Form Voting

The Poll Multiple Choice question allows selecting multiple options from a set of poll items. It is commonly used for voting and selection. After submission, you can view poll results and the poll leaderboard, with each option displaying the number of votes and percentage.

Steps

Add a Poll Multiple Choice Question

Feature Entry
「Edit」 tab → 「Advanced Question Types」 → 「Poll Multiple Choice」 button

1. Click the top 「Edit」 tab
2. Expand the 「Advanced Question Types」 area in the left panel
3. Click the 「Poll Multiple Choice」 button to add the Poll Multiple Choice question to the Group Form
4. Enter the question content in the question editing area, e.g., "Please select the city you would like to travel to"
5. Add poll items; each option displays the number of votes and percentage

Setting the Number of Selectable Options

Feature Entry
Multiple-Choice Poll → 「Option Settings」 → 「Number of Selectable Options」 option

1. Click the added multiple-choice poll
2. In the right 「Option Settings」 panel , click the 「Number of Selectable Options」 option
3. In the pop-up panel, set the 「Minimum Number to Select」 and 「Maximum Number to Select」
4. Click the 「Confirm」 button to complete the setting

Adding an Input Box After an Option

Multiple-Choice Poll → 「Option Settings」 → 「Add Input Box After Option」 option

1. Click the added multiple-choice poll
2. In the right 「Option Settings」 panel, click the 「Add Input Box After Option」 option
3. In the pop-up panel, check the poll items for which you want to add an input box
4. Set whether the input box is required
5. Click the 「Confirm」 button to complete the setting

Shuffling Option Order

Feature Entry
Multiple-Choice Poll → 「Option Settings」 → 「Shuffle Option Order」 toggle

1. Click the added multiple-choice poll
2. In the right 「Option Settings」 panel, turn on the 「Shuffle Option Order」 toggle
3. After turning it on, respondents will see the options in a shuffled order

Setting Question Association

Feature Entry
Multiple-Choice Poll → 「Logic Settings」 → 「Question Association」 option

1. Click the added multiple-choice poll
2. In the right 「Logic Settings」 panel, click the 「Question Association」 option
3. In the pop-up panel, set the associated question for each option
4. When a respondent selects a specific option, the associated question will be displayed
5. Click the 「Confirm」 button to complete the setting

FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between Poll Multiple Choice and Single Choice?

• Solution: Poll Multiple Choice allows selecting multiple poll items, while Poll Single Choice allows only one. Choose the appropriate type based on the selection rules.

Q2: How to limit the maximum number of selectable options?

• Solution: Click the Poll Multiple Choice question, and set the maximum and minimum selectable number in 「Option Settings」.

Q3: How to view poll results?

• Solution: After submission, poll questions with 「Display Poll Results/Leaderboard」 enabled will automatically show the number of votes and percentage for each option.
