Steps

Enabling "Generate Response QR Code After Submission"

"Settings" tab > Left menu > "After Submitting Form" > "Generate Response QR Code After Submission" option

  1. Click the "Settings" tab at the top.
  2. In the left menu, click "After Submitting Form".
  3. Click "Generate Response QR Code After Submission" (currently "Enabled").
  4. In the pop-up dialog, turn on the "Generate Response QR Code After Submission" switch.
  5. Click "OK" to save the settings.
