  2. Click the "WPS AI" tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Find and click the "AI Proofing" button.
  4. AI will automatically check the entire document.

  1. After proofing is complete, the "AI Proofing" sidebar will slide out on the right.

  2. Two tabs are displayed at the top:

    • "Corrections": Shows the number of issues found
    • "Revision History": Shows the modified content

  3. Statistics display the total number of issues found in the document, classified by type:

    • Spelling issues (such as typos)
    • Grammar issues (such as improper word usage)
    • Punctuation issues (such as missing punctuation)

  4. Below each suggestion, the following options are provided:

    • "Ignore": Skip the issue
    • "Accept": Accept the modification suggestion

  5. An "Accept All" button is provided at the bottom to apply all suggestions in bulk.
