Steps

Open Print Options via File Menu

  1. Click File in the top menu bar.
  2. Click Options in the drop-down menu.
  3. Select the Print tab in the Options dialog box.
  4. View the settings in the "Print additional information" area.

Print Graphical Objects

Set Reviewer Display for Comments and Revisions
