How to cancel or restart a subscription to WPS Pro or WPS Premium

Windows

1. Cancel Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal on the Subscription Management Center page of WPS Office. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to the WPS Office Subscription Management Center (https://www.wps.com/subscription/) using the account you used to purchase the subscription.

Step 2: In the "My Subscriptions" section, find the subscription plan you want to cancel. If auto-renewal is enabled for this subscription, toggle the switch to the left to disable it.

Step 3: Click Confirm. Once canceled, auto-renewal will be turned off. (If the subscription status does not update, refresh the page to check.)

2. Reactivate a Canceled or Expired Subscription

We are sorry, but canceled or expired subscriptions cannot be reactivated. If you want to continue enjoying premium benefits, open WPS Office on your Windows client, click your profile picture in the top right corner, and then click the desired premium type to purchase a subscription again.

1. Cancel Subscription

1. If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription on Google Play, you can cancel it in the Google Play Store. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the Google Play Store app and sign in with the account you used to purchase the subscription.

Step 2: Tap your profile picture in the top right corner, and then select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".

Step 3: Tap the subscription plan you want to cancel. On the page that appears, tap "Cancel subscription".

Alternatively, you can sign in to the Google Play subscription management page (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) with the account you used to purchase the subscription and cancel it there.

2. If you purchased an auto-renewing subscription through other payment methods (such as PayPal, Stripe, debit card, or credit card), you can cancel it on the Subscription Management Center page of WPS Office. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
