Steps

Import Comments

Comment tab -> Import Comments button

  1. Open the PDF file where you want to import comments.
  2. Click the Comment tab in the top ribbon.
  3. Click the Import Comments button in the ribbon.
  4. Select the comment data file to import.

Export Comments

  1. Click the Export Comments button in the ribbon.
  2. Choose a location to save the file.
  3. The comment data will be exported as a PDF file.
