Steps

Add Background

Feature Entry
"Edit" tab -> "Document Background" dropdown menu -> "Add Background"

  1. Click Add Background in the "Document Background" dropdown menu.

  2. Open the "Add Background" dialog and set the background fill:

    • Color (C): Choose a background color.
    • Image (F): Click Browse (W) to choose a background image.

  3. Set the appearance:

    • Rotation: Set the background rotation angle.
    • Opacity: Set the background opacity (such as 100%).
    • Scale relative to target page (L): Set the background size ratio relative to the page (such as 100%).

  4. Set the position:

    • Vertical Alignment (T): Choose a vertical alignment method (Center).
    • Horizontal Alignment (Z): Choose a horizontal alignment method (Center).

  5. Set Apply to (A): Choose the application range (All Pages).

  6. Click OK to complete adding the background.

Update Background

Feature Entry
"Edit" tab -> "Document Background" dropdown menu -> "Update Background"

  1. Open the PDF file where you want to set the background.
  2. Click the Edit tab in the top ribbon.
  3. Click the Document Background dropdown button in the ribbon.
  4. Click Update Background.
  5. Open the "Update Background" dialog and reset the background fill, appearance, and position.
  6. Click OK to complete the update.

Delete Background

Feature Entry
"Edit" tab -> "Document Background" dropdown menu -> "Delete Background"

  1. Open the PDF file where you want to set the background.
  2. Click the Edit tab in the top ribbon.
  3. Click the Document Background dropdown button in the ribbon.
  4. Click Delete Background.
  5. Click OK to delete the background.
