Configure Print Parameters

Question 1: How to print an online collaborative document? Do I need to download it first?

  • Solution: No need to download first. In the online collaborative document, directly press Ctrl+P to bring up the print settings. You can select a local printer to print directly, or choose to export as WPS PDF before printing.

Question 2: Images inserted in a collaborative document are not fully displayed when printing?

  • Solution: Floating images may exceed the print area boundaries. Check the image position in the print preview and adjust it manually. Cell images can usually be printed normally. It is recommended to confirm the content of each page in the preview interface before printing.
