Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Does adjusting the zoom affect the printout?
- Solution: No. The zoom function only changes the on-screen display size and does not affect the actual dimensions of printed output or exported files. Print results are determined by page layout and print settings.
Q2: How to quickly restore to 100% zoom?
- Solution: Use the shortcut key Ctrl + 0 to quickly restore to 100% zoom, or directly enter 100 in the bottom zoom display.
Q3: Does the zoom setting apply to all collaborators?
- Solution: No. The zoom setting is a local display setting. Each collaborator can set it independently without affecting the display status of others.
Notes
- The zoom function only changes the screen display and does not affect the actual data content
- It is not recommended to set an excessively small ratio (e.g., below 50%), as data may become difficult to read
- The zoom setting does not apply when printing or exporting files; print scaling must be set separately
