FAQ

Q1: What are the practical scenarios for row and column headers?

  • Solution: Row and column headers are very important for data referencing, formula writing, and data navigation. Hiding row and column headers provides a larger content display area, but it is recommended to keep them visible during data analysis and formula writing.

Q2: Will hiding row and column headers affect navigation?

  • Solution: No. Row and column headers are only a display/hide control. After hiding, scrolling, data referencing, and other functions still work normally; only the auxiliary row number and column letter text is not displayed.

Q3: Will row and column header settings be printed?

  • Solution: No. Row and column headers are an on-screen display aid and are not included by default when printing. However, if the "Row and Column Headers" print option is enabled in print settings, they can be included in the printout.
