Operation Steps

Fill Down

Feature Entry
"Home" tab → "Fill" dropdown menu → "Fill Down" option

  1. Select the cells containing data
  2. Click the Home tab
  3. Select the Fill dropdown menu
  4. Click the "Fill Down" option
  5. Copy the content of the topmost cell in the selection to all cells below
