Operation Steps

Select Data Source

Feature Entry
"Chart Tools" tab → "Select Data" button

1. Click to select the chart
2. Click the "Chart Tools" tab in the top menu bar
3. Click the "Select Data" button
4. Select the data range in the pop-up dialog box
5. Click OK to complete the data selection

Edit Chart Data

"Chart Tools" tab → "Edit Data" button

1. Click to select the chart
2. Click the "Edit Data" button
3. Modify the data in the embedded data table
4. The chart will automatically update after the modification is complete

Edit Data via Right-Click

Chart → Right-click → "Edit Data"

1. Right-click the chart
2. Select the "Edit Data" option
3. Modify the data in the Sheets
4. The chart updates automatically when you close the data table
