Set Alignment via the Ribbon
Feature Entry
「Home」 tab → 「Arrange」 → 「Align」 dropdown menu
- Select the object(s) to align (text boxes, shapes, images, etc.)
- Click the 「Home」 tab in the top menu bar
- Find and click the 「Arrange」 dropdown button in the toolbar
- Then click the 「Align」 dropdown button
- Select the alignment method from the dropdown menu:
- Align Left: Align the object to the left side of the slide
- Center: Align the object to the center of the slide
- Align Right: Align the object to the right side of the slide
- Align Top: Align the object to the top of the slide
- Middle Align: Middle Align the object on the slide
- Align Bottom: Align the object to the bottom of the slide
- Align Center: Align the object to the center of the slide

- Solution: You need to select an object first to use the alignment feature. Please confirm that the target object is selected.
