Steps

Play a Slide Show via the Ribbon

"Play" tab > Play button group

1. Click the Play tab in the top menu bar.

2. Choose a playback method:

   • Play from Current: Start playing from the currently selected slide.
   • Play from Beginning: Start playing from the first slide.
   • Auto Play: Automatically switch slides based on preset timings.
   • Presenter View: Play in Presenter View mode.

Play a Slide Show via the Status Bar

1. Click the drop-down menu of the Play button (play icon) in the status bar in the bottom right corner.
2. Choose From Beginning or From Current Slide to play the slide show.

Playback Control

1. Click the mouse or press the Spacebar to switch to the next slide.
2. Press the Left or Right Arrow keys to switch between slides.
3. Press the Esc key to exit presentation mode.
4. Use the collapsed toolbar in the top right corner or the right-click menu to access tools such as Brush and Laser Pointer.

• Solution: Select the target slide first, and then click the "Play from Current" button.
